Q. What happens if I lose my Shoe City Card or it’s stolen?
A. Simply call Customer Care on 0860 655 556 (RSA) or 061 928 1043 (NAM) as soon as you can to report your card as lost or stolen. Your card will be stopped immediately and you can visit any Shoe City store to collect a new card.Q. Can a friend or family member make a purchase using my Shoe City Card?
A. No, because your Shoe City Card is just like a credit card and all purchases require your signature. You can however apply for a supplementary card to share your account and credit limit with a friend or family member.Q. How do I pay my account over the Internet? A. You can pay your account via Internet transfer (EFT) to Tenacity Financial Services. You have to start by loading a new beneficiary – see below for details:
